I loved my experience. We tried working through a custom order for the collar but I was too indecisive about what i wanted for the specific customization I wanted and ultimately just wanted the collar for my dog. She had the options i was wanting, I just couldn’t commit, nothing at all was lack of her customer service or options to get what i wanted. So I ordered it because I love the biothane material and the QR buckle. It’s exactly what I was wanting and looks so good on my dog

Great colours & quality

I absolutely am thrilled with the quality of this collar. My dog loves to run through the bush and swim, so the easy clean biothane is perfect. The colours just POP! I’m so happy with this collar.
