Reclaiming strength postpartum
I’m just a few weeks in, but I already feel so much stronger and have more stamina. Pregnancy was hard on me, but this program has me reclaiming my strength and feeling great. Easy to do at home while baby is napping.

Great exercises!
Exercises are great, but would be nice to have some videos on how to perform the exercises. Especially for those that I've never done before. I've had to Google each exercise before hand. Other than that, I enjoy this program!
