This Fo-Ti is labeled as “cut and sifted,” but the bag I received contains a noticeable amount of fine powder along with the cut pieces. It doesn’t appear to have been fully sifted. I can’t comment on the medicinal quality, but in terms of texture and processing, buyers should expect a mix of small fragments and powder rather than cleanly cut slices.
