This is incredibly smooth, the notes say to use it in a cafetiere, but I used it in the sage espresso machine, and its so delicious, just great as an evening latte. I taste a maltyness the description is citrus and floral tea ,for me its just yummy. I do love also that Brew Crew coffees, unlike supermarket ones I've tried are gentle to my system and this blend for me is perfect end of day treat
