There is something that they don't tell about this beans - the brew method. I tried V60 first and it was not bad but bleak compare to other brighter filter beans. Then I tried espresso and I had to resort to 2x over-extraction to make it just ok. The beans are good but I always felt they are missing something. I almost finished the pack when I decided to try jezve - and the beans started shining! Apparently jezve is the way to brew this beans.
