Great hat

Terrible quality hat and came shipped in a bag all crushed and creased. So I contacted Banjo Brand Hat co telling them about it (nicely) and sent pictures and my Order number. They said they can take it back but I had to cover shipping (for an item they messed up) so I sent it back in November and never got my refund. I have contacted them several times and never got a single reply. Would not recommend anything from them at all, Terrible product and customer service.
