Life and back saver. Able to place my trailer exactly where I wanted.

Customer Service is nonexistent!

While putting the trailer dolly together we discovered that the piece that connect the handlebar to the body does not fit. They don’t have a live person via phone so I’ve had to email. They continue to ask for pictures, videos, measurements etc and seem to be just dragging it out instead of sending replacement parts. Ridiculous.

I have a seadoo switch and it moves it around with ease…just what I was looking for!
