I found this and started using it to help get back in shape and get back into snowboarding. Since finding it, I also using it to help my recovery and pre riding for dirtbiking and snowmobiling. This makes such a big difference for those sports as well because they do require similar movement, endurance, and posture. So glad I found this and I have even started a few other teachers that I work with on this.

I love the snoga Classes!
I do them almost every morning. It is super practical to be able to choose how long and what you want to fo us on. I am a big fan of Sarah’s style of teaching.
It is also an absolute must on our snowboard holidays.
