Palais Bourbon

At first I was somewhat taken aback by the sparkling bright sweetness of this perfume (which I first tried as a sample), but I found myself wanting to smell it constantly. There is a strangely rich, almost heady spiciness to the scent, the sharpness of the first opening burst dissolving into a consistent warming depth as it dries down. I find it consistently engaging.
