Extremely disappointing experience with both DHL and Xerjoff. DHL was unresponsive, failed to deliver on time, and charged unexpected perfume import taxes and additional delivery fees that were never clearly disclosed beforehand. To make matters worse, Xerjoff has also failed to respond to my email regarding these charges. Very poor communication and customer service from both companies.

the fragrance itself is great. what i dont understand is why do i have to pay for a surprise delivery fee which was never mentioned and if i didnt pay the company wouldnt deliver my package. i had to pay an extra £46 on top of my order. And they withheld the fee until it was at my front door. It felt like i was being scammed. Dont trust DHL please. They are the reason for this rating
