Wrong delivery point
I did not recieve the replacement lid. It was delivered tobthe wrong access point and I had no success in trying to retrieve ir because that address has no public access. In pror communication your company said you would remidiate this error but comm7nicatiin died. That level of customer service is unacceptable for the purchase of a $500 cooler. And btw, the lid came apart in less that 120 days on normal use because the sealing that holds the handle ring to the lids body is poorly constructed.

Great cooler, but an issue with the lid hinge
I’m generally very happy with the cooler. It looks great, performs well, and has attracted a good amount of attention whenever I use it. My only issue is that the lid keeps popping off the hinge during normal use. Is there a known fix or adjustment for this? I’d love to get that resolved, as otherwise I’ve been very pleased with the cooler.

Great cooler!
Great cooler. Things are cold for a very long time. Only thing that makes me nervous is the lid I got when I first ordered the cooler came apart pretty quickly. Yall replaced it for me and I appreciate it. I just don’t want it to happen again and then have to buy a lid my self.
