biodynamics for beginners

this is the 4th maybe 5th time I have tried to enter into the biodynamic experience, because I'm a fan of rudolph Steiner and love the principle of this, but it still seems like its outside my understanding. i wish I had a buddy I could go in on this with--that would help, or that I lived closer to you.
