Queen Palm, Cocos Plumosa

The queen palm is absolutely gorgeous and very healthy. I had also ordered a Chinese fan palm. That has some type of disease and you guys were kind enough reimburse me. What this means is I still stand by my statement that you guys have great customer service and I will continue to purchase from you. I realized that the Chinese palm was a loss for your company and I’m sorry it wasn’t going to live. So I will continue to order from you and I will refer you to other people.

So far, it's doing well

They were packaged great. Delivered as promised. Trees were very healthy. I would definitely order from them again.
