One plant was limp and appears to struggle to take root. While the second one was potted in the same manner and appears it will do well.

Overall, I’m very happy with the palm tree itself. It arrived in good condition, looks healthy, and is already thriving. My only real complaint is the shipping. They use FedEx, which—at least in the Carolinas—has been consistently unreliable. My delivery was delayed multiple times before it finally showed up, which is frustrating, especially when you’re ordering live plants. I’d strongly recommend they consider using a different shipping carrier. One other suggestion: labeling the plants would be extremely helpful. I ordered five different palms, and if I didn’t already have a general idea of what they looked like, I wouldn’t have been able to tell them apart. Great product overall, but improving shipping and labeling would make a big difference.
