Perfect Service
I had dropped my watch and damaged it. I left it with DWC and it was fully repaired at a reasonable cost by the next day.

Great service and turn around time , I had a crown replacement along with other minor issues done quickly and returned back within a weeks time.

Excellent Service and Repair
Patrick takes care of my watch that "leads a tough life" with great care and ability. He is an excellent watchmaker and has repaired all the misfortunes that my watch has incurred. Each time I get it back, it is as good as new.
