Good Hat, Bad Experience

The style and quality of the hat is fine, waiting over 6 days before it even shipped is absurd. On day 6 I had contacted customer service and was told that it would be looked into and someone would get back to me on the status....surprise I never heard back. This was supposed to be a gift but I had to give it after the fact which left me looking like an idiot. I just ordered myself a hat from someplace else this past Saturday and its already out for delivery on a Tuesday, just a few days later. In this day and age waiting a week before an item even leaves the warehouse is ridiculous nevermind the lack of customer service's promised follow-up. They print the shipping label right away so you think its on its way but believe me it isnt.

Love this hat!

So far I love this hat!! It fits great and feels like it was well made. Looking forward to putting many more miles on it. Only complaint was that my first color choice was not in stock.
