Ordered 2 hats of the same. When order arrived one of the hats was different. Contacted support team and they made it right be sending a new hat!

Love the hat. There are a couple more hats that I do like and will be getting. Sometimes it had to justify the price of the hats but I do like them. The price point is the only issue I have with the product.
