Pandemonium Squat – 3-in-1 Pendulum Squat / Calf Press / Viking Press Machine

Nice machine!

I just got mine put together last night. It took a few hours, but I was able to assemble it by myself. So far, everything seems pretty solid. I'm 6' 1", and I think the only things that would make it better would be if the footplate was a little bigger, and also had the option to slide forward and backwards. Great addition to my home gym, plus it's currently on sale!

Well made and Versatile!

I really wanted a Pendulum squat for my home gym. I didn’t really like the cheap options that were on the market and the higher end one were thousands of dollars. Then I saw the review of the Pandemonium squat on YouTube and it sold me on it. It was still a bit pricey but due to the other capabilities of it, I decided to buy it. I’m not really a “review” guy, but let me tell you, this thing is so well made! For one, it’s built like a tank. This thing is commercial grade and I have no doubts that it will last forever. Secondly, the extra exercises you can do with this are insane! Don’t get me wrong, the pendulum squat is great and it works well, but the Viking press, bent over row and shrugs on this machine are out of this world! There are standalone machines for these movements that aren’t this good. You can do more than those exercises but those are the ones that stood out for me. The viking press handle was NOT added as an afterthought either. It has nice aggressive knurling on it on both the vertical and horizontal areas of the bar as well as the calve raise bar. I was a bit nervous at the calve raise design but there is no way your foot will slip off due to the knurling it has. My only complaint with this machine is the spotter arm height for the Viking press. I wish I could have a slightly higher starting point, but this can be easily modified. Absolutely no complaints on the actual pendulum squat part of it. I’m right at 6 feet tall and don’t see how the machine would be an issue for anyone a foot taller or shorter than me Lastly, I want to point out their customer service. My machine was missing the “Bells of Steel” logo plate. I reached out to customer service and they sent one out right away, no questions asked. In a world that honestly sucks with customer service most of the time, it’s refreshing to see a company that not only made an incredible product, but also is killing it in the customer service department as well. This is my first Bells of Steel product but I will definitely order from them again!
