Tuning Key - very handy

Many years ago, I bought a small zither for my young daughter, but it did not come with any tuning tool. I got it out recently to give to her (now an adult) and it was hopelessly out of tune of course. I was so pleased to find this handy and sturdy tuning key which fits the tuning pegs on her little zither. It needs to be re-strung, but now she has the tool she needs!

Simple & Inexpensive, But Effective

I thought I would give this tuning wrench a try, on my bowed psaltery. The "T" design of wrenches always work better than the "L" design. This is small and simple, but it works well. I really like it. I think I even get more precise tuning than with my much bigger (and expensive) "T" wrench, because I'm using my fingers instead of my whole hand to turn it. Love its compact design too!

Very Steampunk

Looks cool on your hammered dulcimer. Works fine but would be easier to use if the handles were larger. I wouldn't use it for my regular tuning wrench - I have a large handled tuning wrench with a star hole which is much easier to use since I do not have a lot of strength in my hands.
