We were about ready to purchase a brand new washer and dryer when we realized our GE washer Main Control Board was defective due to a recall many years ago. Ben’s Appliance had the exact replacement we needed with quick shipping and easy instructions. Thank you very much for saving us $$$$.

GE sucks but Bens provided a great replacement

I advise everyone to avoid GE products. We have had issues with our front load washer on 3 occasions in 6 yrs all after warranty. All 3 times we needed a new control board. Bens video to diagnose was awesome, after replacing the board (with a replacement from GE direct) less than a year ago I didn’t think it was possible that was the problem again, but I followed all the diagnostic in video and replaced the board. Machine is working perfect again. Thanks

GE Washer Main Control Board

Prior to ordering this control board, I had changed a pump and another control board to try and fix my issue, but no luck. I felt like I was going to have to throw the washer out but then found one of Ben's videos. After watching the step-by-step process, I ordered the main control board and followed his video instructions. I was so excited that this fixed the issue and was happy that I supported this business instead of finding something via Amazon. Thanks again for all the help and I'll be coming back if I have another appliance fail.
