Cosmic Stardancer Dress

For something so expensive, I would have expected better construction. The zipper split on the first try on, though no excessive force was used, as they said must have happened. (The dress was a bit tight but she was within the measures they say on their sizing guide.) After emailing customer service, they assured me the zipper splitting was our fault. Even though they “as a goodwill gesture” would replace it, I decided to get it fixed at a tailor as getting a new dress with the same cheap zipper was not appealing, especially after the rude email I got back. The customer service was very passive aggressive, one of the worst I have experienced. While the dress was very pretty, I will not be shopping here again.
