It came in about a month, which is usually so that was good. But when it arrived, it felt almost a little damp to it and didn't smell that good. I washed it on the gental cycle and dried it on delicate but with steam to help with wrinkles (it's a function on my dryer). Lastly, I hand steamed the dress, which took some time because ALL of the fabric that makes that BEAUTIFUL skirt. I was a little disappointed that it was a little too big in the waist and chest and zipper is not great so I am having it taken in a few inches and put a better zipper in as well as a small little pearl button with a loop attachment for the top of the zipper because it could use one. Overall, I LOVE this dress, though. For me, at least, I would suggest that if you are in between two sizes, get the smaller. Just an FYI, I am a plus-size customer for reference.
