Customer for life. Called the number and left a message late one afternoon thinking I'll never hear back. By my surprise I received a text the next day with instructions on how to submit a warranty claim which was easy and simple. I had questions and Chrome response was fast and this company did what was expected. Its great to know there's still a company that stands behind their warranty. Not a first time customer but will be a lifetime customer.

After waiting eight days for a warranty replacement battery I tried calling only to find out that you don't take incoming calls. So I emailed and learned that the battery I was waiting for was out of stock. Then it took four more days to get a cheaper replacement battery with no refund for the difference. I will not buy any more Chrome products
