Great customer service

Bought a battery from the Amazon store and 11 months later the battery would not take a charge. I contacted chrome battery and they did the one time warranty replacement with no questions asked and all I had to pay for was a very reasonable shipping charge.

Had a warranty issue. Took me a few tries to get to the correct web page to do the transaction, but when I did it was very easy. Mostly automated process, but the rep I did end up communicating with was very pleasant and helpful. Not the first time I've dealt with this seller, and it won't be the last. 5 star service !

My batteries were only 6 months old and failed the seller was quick and replacing them but required me to pay shipping to get a new set. I did not have to return the old batteries although they were defective I threw them away.
