Great device!

The device works great. The only concerns I have is that there is no case, so if I place it in my bag it ends up activating on accident when pressed up against something else and running till I realize it. It would be great if the fans blew some cool air when the cooling element is active, but it doesn't. Other than that it's a great product!

This is comfortable to use either out on walks or in the gym. I like the way the pad at back of neck keeps nice and cold aiding dropping body temp. When on low fan speed the fan noise is minimal and the more you turn the speed of fan up obviously the fan gets a bit louder so if in a quieter company may need to turn speed down so can hear others talk easier. I have not tried to wear on more vigorous exercise like running or horse riding so unable to advise if the fan bounces around much or not. I'm very happy with this neck fan as I have at times worn it in combo with the belt fan when temperatures pretty high. I have found that the neck fan does not work as well if you wear your long hair down as the cold panel at the back of the neck has overheated making it counter-productive. It needs clear air circulation around it to work at its optimal
