Great Product-Great Service

I made an error with my initial order--realized it after I hit "send". I sent an email to the address provided on their website. Got a prompt response saying my order would be corrected and offering an apology for the error-even though it was my error-not theirs. Sure enough I got exactly what I wanted right on time. It arrived in a very high quality package -similar in quality to packages from Apple. Consistent with its packaging my neck fan is very high quality and has worked great. I am very pleased with service and product.

Surprisingly cooling!

I was dubious that this could help significantly, but with intense heat and humidity, I was willing to try anything. It did help! I spent several hours outdoors at 90F and 80% humidity, and realized that I didn't have sweat dripping down my face. I was still too hot, of course, but I was definitely less miserable.

Great way to cool down

I actually really like this fan/cooler. Pro's absolutely cools you down quickly. The cooling pad on you neck is amazing. The fans help keep the sweat away or dry it quickly. Con's: On really hot days 90+ the ColliFY only helps once you are done with your activity. But, then it does a great job of cooling you quickly. Would recommend buying this even to try it out.
