the whole process was very smooth, amazing customer service that was so clear, prompt, and kind. I really appreciated all the support. The milk has been helpful for travel and to mix in with solid foods. My baby has been exclusively breastfed (refused bottles) and so it's nice to know I have a stash that will last after she is weaned.
