I had a very short timeline & they were able to deliver it in time with no issues. Their communication was excellent & I was so grateful! This freeze dried milk saved us on our vacation!!

I had a great experience start to finish with getting my breastmilk freeze dried to last longer and make more room back in our freezer. I will say they should tell you to warm the water first when mixing as i found that way easier for it to dissolve completely and not leave behind residue. Room temp water always left a lot behind. Otherwise we love the convenience of have our milk so portable.

Pretty sure mine was an isolated incident but the shipment back to me was crazy because they made two labels, canceled one but then it took a week and they made a third label. customer service was really helpful in handling my questions
