We love the quality of Exotic Nutrition products. Unfortunately, the cage we received had a hole in the base of the cage. I reached out to sales team and in 12 hours they got back to me and issued a replacement piece for us, with zero hassle. A perfect cage for two rats. Very smart and well built design. Can fit a 16" wheel. Very easy to clean. I like that the tray is heavy duty plastic. Not as heavy as metal. Can't find a negative.
