Disappointing

I purchased 3 sets of chimes for 3 separate memorial gifts. I selected the notification for a gift message, typed a personal message and finalized the purchase. To my disappointment none of the gifts included the personal gift note. I had to notify each of the recipients who the gift came from. I have ordered these chimes as memorials many times. I will consider other companies in the future. This is unfortunate as the chimes are nice.

Product was fine, customer service was not

I attempted to apply a discount that was listed in the same newsletter/flyer/ sales catalog that I ultimately ordered my chime from. When the sale was completed I noticed that the discount code had not been applied. I immediately emailed customer service. I got on your website and sent a message. I did not hear anything back. I emailed you a second time. I received my chime, but no discount was ever applied. I’m disappointed, not only that the discount did not go through as it was supposed to, but that no one responded to my request would help.
