Personalize It! Amazing Grace® - Forever

The gift was received without any problems. It was a beautiful memorial for a dear friend of ours. It is up and chiming as I write this review.

I received the large Amazing Grace as a gift when my mom passed. My daughter lost her fur baby and I had to get her the same ones but I had hers personalized and it was perfect.

Problem!

The wind chime was fine; however there was no message included. The person who received it had no idea who it was from. I found out from a third party who happened to mention the issue. Therefore, I would not order from your company again. It’s important to include a message and name of sender when it is expected.
