The second set arrived yesterday and I was a little disappointed that the lettering is not as clear as on the first set due to the grain in the wood. It’s not as dark and clear.

This is terrible service I ordered on April Sat in warehouse got months no one knew anything finally shipped to the wrong address Can never talk to anyone Will not order from this company again

The gift was received without any problems. It was a beautiful memorial for a dear friend of ours. It is up and chiming as I write this review.
