Disappointed

I could not believe they way this wind chime came. It was wrapped in a thin protective pad with two thin rubber bands. No box! This was for a gift. I had to spend an additional $6.00 on a box. I shared my experience with others at the party I attended. I have purchased numerous products from your company over the years. This is the last purchase I will be making.
