Reflections Memorial Chime, Large

Poor Service

I sent the Memorial chimes to my friend after her father died. I never heard from her. I finally had to call her to make sure she received them. She did and loved them. However, she did not get the card I filled out with them and did not know who they came from. She loved the chimes, but I am disappointed in the customer service.

Recomendation

The wind chimes are beautiful and sound great! However, personalization of the chimes would make them ideal.
