Beautiful, if only you could hear it

I feel badly giving only a 2 star review on this beautiful, well made, and lovely sounding chime. The issue is, it’s so heavy that it doesn’t pick up enough wind to sound the chime. I’ve had it about a month in Colorado and I’ve only heard it once when we had 60 mile an hour winds!!! Other than that, in order to hear it, I have to give it a little shake now and then. I’d bought this chime to replace a less sophisticated one that chimed all the time, and I’m missing the old one.
