Product Good, Message Missing

The condolences message I typed with my order was not included with the chime. This created some confusion since the bereved did not know who the chime was from. I'm not sure why the message wasn't included.

I have always loved wind chimes. I purchased 3 Woodstock chimes as Christmas gifts. Then I purchased the Lord's Prayer for myself. It is beautiful, very pleasant and soothing to listen to while I'm outside on my garden swing. The quality is excellent and the sound is exquisite. Thank you Woodstock!
