I'm a recent IBS sufferer. Decent alternatives to the mass produced snack bars was a stab in the dark. I ordered a single box to see if I could tolerate them. Much better than expected. I will be subscribing to these. My local grocery has Fody products in the gluten free section. I plan to try other foods. If I find items I like, I will order from Fody. Hope the salsa and pasta sauces are as good.

I love the texture, taste and the fact it foes not irritate my gut!
