Poor communication and nonexistent customer service. I waited months for updates on my order, but no one ever reached out or provided any information. The only time I received a response was maybe twice throughout the entire process and after I opened a dispute. Then they promised guaranteed shipping the following Monday and offered free merchandise because of their poor communication in return cancel the dispute but i couldnt take that chance of them lying
