Grass-Fed Collagen Protein Powder - Dark Chocolate

I’ve purchased 4 previous orders of the Dark Chocolate Collagen powder previously and the flavour was delicious. I’ve been greatly enjoying my hot chocolate each night. However, I opened the first of 2 bags I recently purchased and the flavour is distinctly different in a negative way. Last night i thought I was imagining it but my hot chocolate tonight was also distasteful. So much so that I discarded it down the sink. Is this a new recipe or perhaps a faulty batch? Can i return it for an exchange of product? Very disappointed as i was loving it and the added benefit of it being healthy.

I was impressed with the prompt delivery of my products and the price paid was unbelievable! Will be using this company's products from now on!
