Fleck 1 Inch Stainless Steel Bypass

After 5 years, my old SS Bypass valve started to leak in the center of the valve. I couldn't figure out why or where exactly, so I ordered a new one. I called ahead and your staff looked up my original order to make sure we were ordering the correct size. I had to pay for shipping, but the valve was free under my warranty. The Fleck 5600-SXT arrived without the 1” valve. One call and it was sent out promptly. Waited until plumber was able to install before reviewing. Everything works fine. Was even able to program unit after watching utube. H2O hardness = 0.
