I love the taste, the cheese tames the spiciness of the ghost pepper. I have cultivated Ghost Peppers for a while now. They have an awesome Citrus Flavor but because of their heat level it is difficult to taste for long, maybe two or three seconds. But when made with cheese the milk in the cheese tames it and allows you to get that citrus note!
