I can't tell you how many anglers a year that I watch struggle with line management. This truly is a great system. Just move it with the wind direction or the angler's casting direction. We had a few mats sent down for our guides at El Pescador Lodge to try out, and they love them. We will be ordering more so all of our guides can run them. With the lip on our casting decks, we can leave them in place while running from spot to spot. The shape is great, grabs line perfectly, and the line comes off the mat cleanly. Really great product!

Does the job and is not intrusive.

I have only had it a short while l, functionality is spot on! It is not a cheap purchase and for that reason I procrastinated before purchase so what will make this a real winner for me will be longevity/durability. Time will tell, I will give it a 5 if it lasts.
