Description
Perl Wen is a unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili. We use our farmhouse Caerffili recipe as a starting point for Perl Wen which gives its soft centre a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of sea salt.

Say it with cheese!
Enjoyed our visit so much (and the cheese, obviously), that I got some sent to my friend for her birthday. We both love cheese. So much more versatile than flowers!

Lovely selection of cheeses. Arrived quickly, well packed and chilled. Family ate them like they’d never seen cheese before! The Golden Censrth and Perl Wen were especially popular.

This was a birthday present for a friend. She absolutely loved the novelty of receiving a gift of cheese AND thoroughly enjoyed eating the contents of the package. I’m happy that she now also enjoys the cheese that I love.
