2026 Premium Leather 13 iPad Air Case

Recently received the new protective case for my wife's new 2026 iPad Air. I installed it as I have done with previous cases I've purchased from you. After installing the case my wife used the iPad as usual. She plugged it in to charge last night. This morning she told me it didn't charge. When I examined it I saw that the cable did not fit in the iPad all the way because of the plastic securing area was partially blocking the charging port. Furthermore, she told me the Touch ID was not working either and she had to use the 6 digit passcode I set up for her. When I looked closely I saw that there was NO CUTOUT FOR THE TOUCH ID to be able to "feel" your actual fingertip! This is a design flaw on your part. Your design team should have considered the Apple Touch ID feature and made the opening available to your finger! I solved both issues with careful removal of offending plastic and wife is happy. I expect better design for $185. Thought you should be aware of these issues.
