Horrible Customer Service

Ordered it during Xmas time. Carrier (DHL) couldn’t find the delivery address, it was returned to sender. I contacted the customer service, they said I have to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier DHL, they said the package is with USPS, the shipper will have to contact them directly. I addressed the issue to the company, they said the package has been delivered (but it was not to me, their 3rd shipping company). Now it’s my problem, not them. This is product related because I’ve not gotten a chance to use it. But with this horrible experience after spending $90+ and got zero support. I’m very disappointed and upset. At minimum, refund me the money if I’ve not trying to re ship the products or help.
