Drawer Valet With Saphir Shoe Care Set

This valet contains everything I could need. Certainly an excellent choice for anyone looking to invest in a very robust collection to start off their shoe-shining journey. To The Shoe Care Shop: The only thing holding this review back from a 5 star was the damage sustained to both the initial valet I received (which had suffered a broken barrier inside the drawer) and its’ replacement (which had a noticeable scratch along the top). In the end I simply placed the broken drawer in the valet with the scratch and my family were happy to make use of it. It was very generous of you to send a replacement and allow me to keep the original. I would just suggest you look at improving your product packaging or review courier handling processes if possible.
