Where was quality control?

The piece arrived with no damage, it was very securely packaged. Once I got it unpacked however, the canvas had brown stain all around the edges. It’s really annoying to think someone took the time to carefully package something that was so obviously not right. Really disappointed with such a sloppy product and no quality control.
