Well... first of all, delivery went fine, but unfortunately I received the wrong jacket. I emailed them explaining the situation. They got right back with asking for purchase order number and a picture of jacket sent, which I promptly returned along with a screenshot of proof of purchase and picture of jacket orderd. That was on the 14th of December, I still haven't heard back from them. Now I'm frustrated and just want a refund. Thanks for checking.
