Entry Footbed Sandal

I'm really sad that I actually had to go through a return because there's not enough holes to thread the little metal piece for the strap on my ankle I was telling the man in customer service if y'all would have created like maybe three more puncture holes then the strap would have been tighter around my ankle for more support and I would not have to return because at the end of the day, i rather had kept the shoe

I had a pair for 20 years and wore them till they fel apart. My new ones are so comfortable and are a perfect fit I love them. Thank you.
