Pretty good but not perfect

I am a side sleeper and I move around alot at night. I frequently wake up to find there has been leakage at the side as well as up the backside of the panty. The shape at the back also does not fit completely inside the panty. So good but not perfect. Adding boosters increases the bulk and makes it more likely there will be leaks at the side.

Bladder Pads.

They work well and hold good amounts of liquid. More expensive than local stores if you can find them.
