I started using Because overnight pads years ago and loved them for their softness and absorbency. Then they were not enough so I switched to Prevail which work but not as nice. I love being back to Because pads. I need the larger end in front as most accidents are overflow to the front. The fit is perfect and somehow the feel of these pads makes me more aware of when I have to use the bathroom. I didn't realize Because had this type pad until recently and love it. They do cover 12 hours.

I am very happy with the ultimate overnight pads. They are thinner and softer than the overnight pads I wore for years. Sometimes I think I forgot to put a pad on. I still have small leaks occasionally but I am still grateful for your continued effort to make an improved product. Thank you!

These pads hold so much more than Poise,& are more cost effective, for me. I live on a fixed income, these help ease the current strain on my budget on todays economy
