I take water pills and urinate frequently. I have poor use of my legs and I need the protection of these Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear so when I have an accident I don't make a mess. I have tried many, many brands and have found this one to be excellent!!!

First brand I’ve found that do not leak when I stand up!

Finally have found a panty style that I do not have to add a pad to and then still worry about leaks when standing. At least for the majority of time! Grateful!
