Didn’t fit

I have a large head. The hat I ordered was X-Large and the circumference was fine when adjusted, but the crown was too tight so I requested a return. I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. I’m not happy about that, so thus the two stars (I did like the hat’s quality). When I return things to Amazon I pay neither shipping or restocking. If you want a loyal base you need to put the customers first. The $10 you recouped cost you a bad review. Was it worth it? My advise, look elsewhere if customer service is important to you.

Great product and even better customer service

I love these hats! They have such a wide variety of styles I was able to find something that fit me well and looks great, while being unique. They have amazing customer service as well! This holiday season I received 2 of the same hat and when I emailed to request an exchange, I got an answer back right away with a new hat shipped to me at no charge.
